1. How can I place an order ?    


Firstly, please go through our site and find out what products you would like to order. Then send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., order volume for the products should be mentioned in the email. If you have a target price for, you may also show us so that we could   evaluate if it is possible to have it done at your expected price. We will   quote you our CNF or FOB, or EXW price based on the expected purchase volume.   By mutual confirmation of an order, we will send a proforma invoice that   indicates total costs of the order and our bank information. Upon receipt of   payment, we lanch production and arrange shipment.     





2. Can you send me a sample ?    


Yes, we do, our samples are charged. Regularly samples' cost are 10% higher than that for bulk. Shipping for samples are done by courier, e.g, DHL, TNT, Ups, etc. We can arrange shipping prepay or collect. Freight collect is not yet available with Fedex as   Fedex requires both parties a Fedex account. Regularly, a prepay shipping would be more cost effective than freight collect. Please provide us your courier account if you want to arrange a shipping collect.   



3. How will my orders be shipped ?    


We provide comprehensive and flexible shipping solutions for your order. Orders may be shipped by sea, by air, by courier, etc. According to your needs, we can deliver your order to the destination port, somewhere in your city, or right your warehouse address.    


To ship by air, total weight of an order shall be no less than 45kgs as Airways' minimum is 45 kgs. Weight of an order below 45kgs is regarded as 45kgs by Airways. Regularly it takes 4-6 days to arrive at your airport.    


To ship by sea, it often takes 4-6 weeks to arrive at your port.    


To ship by courier, it often takes 4-6 days to arrive at your office or family address.   



4. Do you manufactuer OEM orders ?    


Yes, we do. We are strong on OEM orders.    

For most of our products, our MOQs is 100 pcs. With this MOQ, we print a custom logo for clients. There is   no charges for printing custom logo.    



5. What is your payment terms ?    


There are 2 options of our payment methods. The one is Bank wire transfer, the other is Western Union.    

For bulks, payments are often taken by Bank wire transfer.    

For samples, payments are often taken by Western Union. But if you are restricted to access Western   Union, Bank wire transfer can be another option for samples' payment.    


We are doing a better job on the payment terms. Payment by Credit card would be available soon.   



6. What is your shipping term   for order ?     


There are few options.Shipping term could be up to client's request. There are few options,

D. DDP (shipping to your   office address )    

E. EXW ( Factory price )    


By any shipping terms, prices we offered do not include your local custom taxes.

9. How long a warranty do you offer ?


2-Year Warranty   Definition:
    A. The warranty period is counted from the date the commodities are shipped.
    B. For the first year since the shipping date of commodities, if any commodities are found non-working or faulty, CHIMA sends replacements to customer within 1-5 work days. CHIMA affords the cost for such replacements, and the shipping to customer.
    C. For the second year since the shipping date of commodities, if any commodities are found non-working or faulty, CHIMA provides free repair service to customer. In this scenario, customer shall afford the shipping back to CHIMA’s operating address. CHIMA repairs the returned device at free of charge term, and afford to ship back to customer.    




10. How will you ship replacements ?    


Regularly Replacements be shiped in the next shipment of a purchase order. Both production cost and  shipping cost for replacements are furnished by us.     


For urgent replacements, we   arrange the production as priority. Regularly urgent replacements is ready within 7 working days by receipt of payment. Both production cost and shipping cost for urgent replacements shall be furnished by client.    



11. What is your delivery time for orders?    


For ONU devices: 4-6 weeks by confirmation of an order    

For OLT: 4-6 weeks by confirmation of an order    

For ROUTER: 4-6 weeks by confirmation of an order    



12. Do you have a MOQ policy ?    


Yes, we have. MOQs for most of our products are 1000 pcs. But we don't have a strict restriction on   it. We accept orders below our MOQ, prices for the orders below our MOQ would be regarded as sample's order.    



13. Is there any shipping cost for our reference ?
